**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement mechanical engineering solutions to meet business objectives
- Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects
- Collaborate with product management, design, and manufacturing teams to drive product development and launch
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering specifications, test procedures, and user manuals
- Conduct lab testing and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and reliability
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
**Requirements**
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in engineering product development or support
- Sheetmetal design experience
- Basic working knowledge of mechanical concepts, products, safety, and test methods
- Ability to follow, create, and organize testing and instructional procedures
- Data-entry systems familiarity and BOM creation experience
- Basic mechanical CAD tools experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve and prevent a wide range of problems quickly and logically
- Good planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in cross-functional global development teams
- Fluency in English
- Basic electrical experience a plus
