About the Role
CORNING INC. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for improving and sustaining maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities
Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow-up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented.
Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques.
Evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the lifetime of our assets.

Requirements
Technical degree in Engineering.
0-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance area.
