We are seeking a highly skilled Global Markets Product Manager to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing a portfolio of initiatives that deliver product and infrastructure to our State Street Global Markets trading business teams.

The Global Markets Product Management team encompasses all aspects of our business, including strategy implementation, design, development, and implementation of client-facing product, trading infrastructure, and operational models. You will work closely with business leaders to implement strategic and tactical initiatives and partner with technology, operations, and other business partners to deliver product and infrastructure aligned with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to identify product, trading infrastructure, and operating models necessary for the successful implementation of strategy and initiatives
• Translate business strategic vision into functional product plans
• Usher product through internal and regulatory governance
• Define product features and develop product overviews, workflows, and visual artifacts to crystalize product use and process owners
• Work with technology to drive technology solutions and deliverables to meet product requirements
• Manage business partner demand and help resolve competing priorities
• Build relationships with business partners and ensure they understand business needs to create robust and sustainable solutions
• Understand the full trading flow lifecycle and objectives and priorities of the business
• Resolve significant issues or roadblocks working with regional management across the bank as required
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs in order to recommend solutions and options

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
• Subject matter expertise in trading and capital markets
• 5-10 years industry experience
• Demonstrated success executing projects and business portfolios within complex organizational settings
• Demonstrate capability to interact, negotiate, and influence at all levels of management and across the organizations
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and consultative abilities
