Strong influencing skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential.
We believe that the successful candidate will possess:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- A deep understanding of organizational identity and brand strategy development
- Experience in working with multicultural teams and across borders and time zones
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
- Familiarity with digital platforms, including G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom
As a key member of our Programme Department, you will collaborate closely with our Co-Head of Story and Comms, leading a diverse team of teams encompassing comms hubs, media library, digital support, internal and influencer communications, and story advisors.
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
