LATAM Ice Cream Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LATAM Ice Cream Expansion Manager to join our team at Unilever.
About Us:
Unilever is a global fast-moving consumer goods company that operates in over 190 countries. We are the largest ice cream company in the world, with a portfolio of over 35 brands including Magnum, Wall's, and Ben & Jerry's.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our ice cream business into new markets across Latin America. This will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and implementing governance models for new markets, and managing end-to-end B2B sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our ice cream business into new markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in LATAM
- Create and implement governance models for new markets
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales processes, including need analyses, value proposition definitions, and negotiations with stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, customer development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in expanding businesses into new markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Salary Estimate:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
