Drive business expansion as a Sales Representative for Adp, Inc., specializing in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

In this role, you'll close sales, win new business, and cultivate relationships with HR executives to deliver human resources solutions that enhance employees' lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Cultivating relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend ADP's HR solutions.
  2. Managing multiple sales processes simultaneously, from lead generation to implementation.
  3. Documenting sales processes and ensuring seamless transitions.
  4. Strategically cross-selling ADP's services to existing clients and forging partnerships.

To excel in this position, you'll need:
  • A positive self-starter attitude, persistence, and ability to manage time effectively.
  • An established network and experience in outside business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of closing sales and managing territories.
  • A strong work ethic, ambition, and ability to thrive under pressure.
