Drive business expansion as a Sales Representative for Adp, Inc., specializing in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend ADP's HR solutions.
- Managing multiple sales processes simultaneously, from lead generation to implementation.
- Documenting sales processes and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Strategically cross-selling ADP's services to existing clients and forging partnerships.
To excel in this position, you'll need:
- A positive self-starter attitude, persistence, and ability to manage time effectively.
- An established network and experience in outside business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of closing sales and managing territories.
- A strong work ethic, ambition, and ability to thrive under pressure.
