Job Title: IT Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Business Analyst to join our team. As an IT Finance Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating business needs into IT requirements, leading finance technology projects, and serving as the main contact for finance development leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to project planning, develop work plans, manage workflows, and participate in short-term planning to align with business goals.
  • Support and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and the IT organization.
  • Develop business requirements and functional specifications, analyze customer operations, ensure designs meet requirements, recommend system enhancements, and document business processes.
  • Execute validation testing, document results, and assist in developing test cases and user acceptance testing content.
  • Analyze current and future states, plan and execute change management activities, integrate these activities with project management efforts, and conduct stakeholder analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of business operations and IT processes.
  • Deep understanding of finance-related IT systems like SAP (Finance Module), Oracle Financials, or other financial management software.
  • Skilled in both traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum) project management methodologies.
  • Skills: Stakeholder Management, Exceptional Communications, Good Problem-Solving and Data Analysis.
  • Advance or fluent in English Language (Writing, reading & Speaking).
