**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to implement and execute safety, health, and environmental procedures in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management System requirements and applicable legal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Comply with health, safety, and environmental inspection and audit programs.
• Maintain reports, records, and logs of floor inspections to ensure compliance with Management of activities to comply with applicable legal requirements of Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Review safety conditions in the building and operation, and provide training and awareness on Health, Safety, and Environment for associates.
• Follow activities to comply with applicable legal requirements of Health, Safety, and Environment, including noise and lighting monitoring, reporting, and updating authorizations.
• Constantly supervise operational control in different areas to support, promote, and ensure legal compliance to avoid deviations with HSE Management System and applicable legal requirements.

**Requirements:**

• High school or technical career.
• Knowledge of Mexican (Federal, State, and Local) Environmental, Health, and Safety Normativity.
• Knowledge, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental Management System based on international standard ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Knowledge in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

**Additional Information:**

This position involves frequent interactions with people from other departments, making coordination agreements, giving and receiving information. It also requires coordinating, communicating, following up, and negotiating important aspects that affect areas other than the position holder.
