Job Description

As a Performance Excellence Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve annual savings goals through Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. You will also oversee the implementation of corporate CI methodologies, manage Lead Process Audits (LPA's) and weekly audits, lead Standard Work workshops, train employees on Lean Tools, and administer Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate records of KPI's and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on Lean principles and tools
• Implement and maintain Core Tools and 6's management systems

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Administration or related degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts, with a focus on results-oriented action
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Proficient English language skills
• Availability to travel occasionally for meetings and training sessions
