Chief Learning Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Learning Officer to join our team at Sensata Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our learning and development strategy to drive business growth and success.

The Chief Learning Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance, align with organizational goals, and stay relevant in the industry.

• Analyze organizational training needs and develop strategic plans to address them
• Design, schedule, and implement training programs that meet business objectives
• Conduct analysis and identification of employee needs
• Recruit, train, develop, coach, and manage a high-performing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A university degree (Bachelors or equivalent) or significant work experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize deliverables
• Excellent communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization

IATF 16949 knowledge is desirable.
