**Salary & Benefits**

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of pricing models, revenue projections, and cost analysis. This role will also involve working closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure accurate bills of materials (BOM) and reviewing inventory reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in standard cost development, average pricing analysis, margin and cost ratio analysis, and inventory control.
  • Work with purchasing and production teams to ensure accurate BOMs and review inventory reconciliations.
  • Design and prepare reports to communicate financial information to management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Act as a liaison and gatekeeper between internal departments and sales representatives.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
  • 1+ years of experience in cost accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. No travel is required.
