Ecolab seeks a Technical Service Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to clients in the installation and analysis of equipment. This role involves working in a safety-focused environment where you will recommend additional programs or process improvements, understand business needs, and direct customer interaction with mid to large-sized client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients during equipment installation and system analysis
  • Recommend additional programs or process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Understand business needs, equipment, products, services, and account requirements
  • Direct customer interaction with mid to large-sized client accounts

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or computer science
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with equipment installation and maintenance is a plus

Salary Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year
