Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Support Specialist to provide critical support to our workcells within the facility. This role involves maintenance and repair of equipment used in manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and document records.
  • Determine work priorities based on production schedules and collaborate with department supervisors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation procedures.
  • Provide frontline support between Machine Support and Manufacturing functions.
  • Train machine support technicians to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Address recurring equipment issues and develop long-term solutions.
  • Facilitate New Product Introduction/Prototype runs and ensure smooth line support.
  • Drive improvements in line metrics, efficiencies, and yields.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of FUJI NXT platform.
  • Proficiency in SPI Koh Young and printing processes (DEK and MPM).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate a personal computer using Windows-based operating systems and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
