Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily financial tasks, including bank reconciliation, month-end closures, and analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation: Manage the posting of banking operation entries and cash out to ensure accurate and timely financial records, supporting overall financial integrity.
- Month-End Closures: Perform end-month closures, ensuring all relevant documents are posted on time to meet financial reporting deadlines.
- KPI Compliance Support: Develop an understanding of key performance indicators and support compliance efforts to meet organizational goals.
- Analysis, Reporting, and Audits: Conduct basic analysis and generate reports while performing accounting and administrative activities that comply with corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements, including participation in internal and external audits.
- Compliance and Control: Perform compliance and control testing to ensure internal controls are properly implemented and followed. Identify opportunities for process simplification or automation, and communicate process issues and improvement opportunities to supervisors with a proactive resolution attitude.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field.
- Language Skills: English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
- Skills: Ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines, strong teamwork skills, and be detail-oriented.
- Experience: Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, and Fiscal positions.
