The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Coordinator Supply Chain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across our supply chain, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new technologies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Implement new business KPIs and standardize them across manufacturing sites, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain national agendas for digital capabilities, ensuring governance and adoption across the supply chain.
  • Train and coach site facilitators on digital capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support project success metrics and risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with functions (PLAN-MAKE-MOVE) to synchronize project activities, driving business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct manufacturing planning functional experience and project management.
  • Advanced Excel and computational tools, such as Power BI.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Strategic planning, organizational development, and change management skills.
  • Experience with large-scale change initiatives, digital transformation projects, and 4.0 technologies.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
