About the Role:
The CPC Relationship Banker is a developing professional role within Citi's Private Client Coverage team. As a key member of the team, you will apply your specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data. Your expertise will help identify policy gaps and formulate policies, interpret data, and make recommendations. You will research and interpret factual information, identify inconsistencies in data or results, and define business issues. Your role will also involve formulating recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: You will review CPC customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customers to validate their understanding of their needs, and advise customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on their current and future needs.
- Review Product Penetration: You will review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential CPC customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration, and ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
- Compliance, Risk & Controls: You will ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to, and fulfill clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience. You will also appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
