We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management Leader to join our team at Continental in Aguascalientes, Mexico. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading all supply chain activities and processes for our plant/operations unit.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the plant supply chain strategy, aligning with business unit and group strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for supply chain cost centers
- Ensure compliance with supply chain standards and regulations
- Represent the plant/operations unit in internal and external contacts regarding supply chain topics
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics functions, with 3+ years in a leadership position
- Proficient in SAP MM/PP/production planning and experience in supply chain and production processes
- Advanced English language skills, with proficiency in Spanish
