About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Manager to lead our Business Technology Platform (BTP) team at Mondelēz International.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications related to SAP BTP and cloud-native solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Community of Practices (COP) team to identify and deploy the right software and application solutions.
- Lead the program of software renovation within the SAP CoP, focusing on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP BTP.
- Provide input to cross-function controls for software and applications on both regional and global levels.
- Collaborate with management and oversee requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments.
- Ensure support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
Requirements
- Experience managing staff and line responsibilities.
- Experience managing large-scale software and application services.
- Service delivery, support, and excellence.
- Program / Project management experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality overview knowledge of SAP BTP.
- Expert knowledge in cloud-native technologies and SAP BTP services.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP in application and configuration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
- Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
- General technical background and understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other.
- Process and service orientation.
- CPG Business processes experience is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
- 5+ years of direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP Platforms such as SAP BTP, cloud-native solutions, etc.
- Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP BTP solutions.
- At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in SAP BTP platform.
- Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into development objects for SAP BTP.
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
- Education/Certifications: SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
