About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Designer to join our team in LATAM. As a Merchandising Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing temporary merchandising initiatives, focused on harmonizing our product displays and increasing demand at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop temporary merchandising displays, Pure Plays, and POP materials for all segments (SF, LF, WHS) in LATAM.
- Develop strategies for displays according to operating unit needs, portfolio, and segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with the GBS team to ensure timely and quality production and deliveries.
- Support productivity agenda with optimized designs and contribute to the PEP+ agenda with sustainable designs, raw materials, and production processes.
- Manage internal teams and external supplier teams to ensure complete process from requirement to production monitoring and POS performance evaluation.
- Align merchandising AOP priorities with GMs, DX, and OU leaders.
- Manage extended teams at every Latam OU to support the delivery of the countries merchandising agenda.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Business, or Management.
- Expertise in managing Autocad, 3D packs, and Graphic Adobe licenses.
- 5+ years of experience in development exhibitors and managing multiple projects.
- 1+ year of experience in people management to ensure own and extended teams deliver results.
- Strong people skills and talent management experience.
- Availability to travel 35%.
- Industrial relations experience at different levels inside and outside the company.
- 90% proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with Portuguese understanding.
