As a Regional Market Growth Strategist for Michael Page, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in LATAM, driving strategic planning for growth across the region, and identifying new market opportunities. Your expertise in managing successful marketing campaigns and deep knowledge of marketing, sales, and consumers will help shape the company's brand presence in the region.
About the RoleThis is a challenging role that requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a background in manufacturing, cosmetics, or related industries. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end brand campaigns, analyzing customer data and purchase trends, and evaluating the productivity of campaigns to optimize future strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all sales activities in LATAM, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth across the region, including identifying new market opportunities
- Manage and brand the company across LATAM, building relationships with local communities through events and networking opportunities
- Analyze customer data and purchase trends to inform marketing strategies
- Evaluate the productivity of campaigns and strategy to optimize future plans
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in LATAM
- Advanced English language skills (C1-C2)
- Experience in manufacturing, cosmetic industry, or related fields
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
- Deep knowledge of marketing, sales, consumers, and industry
- $100,000-$120,000 MXN gross salary + comprehensive benefits package
