We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Ensure day-to-day quality service delivery, defining and tracking various service KPIs and SLAs, and de-escalating running escalations.
- Process Improvement: Work towards automating various day-to-day operational tasks, planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLAs.
- Project Management: Drive projects and programs, coordinating and orchestrating the work between teams, and collaborating with other units within and outside ECS units.
- Operational Management: Manage operations and 24/7 delivery unit, handling the OnCall duty, and process improvement on daily operational activities.
- Experience: 5+ years' work experience in Infrastructure and Basis administration, 5+ years' experience in service delivery in global teams, and experience in handling the Managed Service Delivery model.
- Skills: Strong collaboration with other units within and outside ECS units, understanding and working experience in SLA/KPI tracking, familiar with ITIL concepts of Service Management and Root Cause Analysis, and understanding of hyperscalers concepts.
- Education: ITIL Certification, project management experience, executive reporting experience, and able to communicate successfully at different levels of the organization.
