About the Role

At MXES Entserv Enterprise Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., we are seeking a highly motivated and agile SAP PPE Junior Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for supply chain optimization to assist in the design, implementation, and support of SAP Production Planning and Execution solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PPE solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
    • Support the configuration and customization of SAP PPE modules to meet client needs and ensure seamless integration.
    • Participate in the implementation of SAP PPE projects under the guidance of senior consultants, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to optimize their supply chain operations.
    • Provide support in conducting workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients, educating them on best practices and industry trends.
    • Assist in documenting client requirements and project deliverables, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and efficient project management.
    • Help manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
    • Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PPE solutions, addressing technical issues and resolving functional problems.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PPE functionality, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
    • Support the implementation of enhancements and updates as needed, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and other consultants, to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional customer service.
    • Seek guidance and mentorship from senior consultants to improve skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends.
    • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of SAP PPE modules such as Production Planning, Materials Management, and Execution.
    • Some experience or coursework in SAP PPE configuration and customization is preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing collaboration and open communication.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP PPE, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
    • SAP certification or relevant coursework is a plus.Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
