We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at BID Group Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking or private equity firms, with a strong background in financial modeling, valuations, and financial analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating private company acquisition opportunities, structuring and negotiating equity transactions, investor relations, and performing initial reviews of potential investments. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
