Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from need formulation to delivery of first industrial production, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost performance launches.
Main Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and manage projects from need formulation to delivery of first industrial production, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost performance launches.
- Customer Collaboration: Interact with customers, sales, and marketing teams to collaborate on customer and strategic projects.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the manufacturing site to secure resources and set priorities.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and proactively address risks.
- NPD Methodology: Ensure the NPD methodology is understood and effectively implement it in the organization.
- Project Feasibility: Guarantee project feasibility with Need, Product, Process, Suppliers, and Supply chain leaders, ensuring on-time validation of the project.
- Technical Approval: Ensure technical approval from customer/market (product/process...) in relation with Need leader and, when necessary, with support from Product Process or Suppliers and Supply chain leaders.
- Project Transfer: Guarantee global and operational transfer of the project to the plant until production is stabilized.
- Quality/Cost/Time Performance: Share project's Quality/Cost/Time Performance objectives and guarantee new product launches are on-time, in full, at cost, on budget, and meet quality requirements in line with project charter.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in project management role involving direct client interface and product development.
- Industry Experience: Experience in packaging/fast moving consumer good industry is preferred.
- LSS Methodologies: Implementation of LSS methodologies on transactional or non-manufacturing environments, a plus.
- Quality Management Systems: Experience in Quality Management Systems, a plus.
- Language: Fluent in both written and oral English.
- Injection Molding: Knowledge of injection molding and mold design/development is a plus.
- Project Management: Proficiency in Project Management (PMI certification a plus).
