Engineering Operations Lead

Resonac Materials México is seeking an exceptional Engineering Operations Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance and monitoring of these processes to safeguard the company's interests and assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personnel management, quality production systems, and process improvement. They will coordinate and implement changes in processes, products, and engineering changes efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying compliance with visual control and administration standards
• Generating countermeasures to problems and participating in the preparation and deployment of documents
• Updating area graphics and proposing improvements
• Carrying out training and coordinating inventory management
• Identifying and analyzing risks in processes

Post-authorities include stopping equipment if it endangers product quality or safety, and rejecting batches of material or product as required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership abilities, and decision-making capabilities. They should also have knowledge of automotive CORE Tools, basic statistical tools, and ISO 14001.

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position is required, along with a technical or engineering background. The ideal candidate should be able to commute to Montemorelos, N. L., Mexico.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
