Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative for Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the multicultural market. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage a team of Territory Sales Managers and execute established business growth strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 5 Territory Sales Managers and execute established business growth strategies and objectives
- Generate new revenue sales by zip code, including prospecting and adding new business in underserved zip codes through in-person sales to SMB local businesses
- Increase existing customer base profit by delivering product presentations and demonstrating industry-leading products and money transfer services
- Improve current Agent relationships by exceeding expectations with regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and presenting solutions
- Proactively manage all prospect data in CRM and collaborate cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offering and profit
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish is a must
- Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience
- Managed a team of Sales Representatives
- Experience with retail network supermarkets and/or Money Transfer trade highly preferred
- Multicultural Experience is a must, Mexico and Guatemala are preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have your own vehicle & car insurance
- Driving 50-90% of the time
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped on-target sales commissions: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
