**Job Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist at It Capital in Mexico. The Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist will be responsible for business process improvement, analytical skills, business analysis, and business process management to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement business process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation
  • Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**
