Key Responsibilities
  • Office Environment:
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, fun, comfortable, and conducive to team interaction and productivity.
  • Oversee the design and layout of office spaces to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
  • Manage office amenities, including food & beverages, kitchen supplies, lounge areas, and recreational facilities.
  • Culture & Communication:
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values and mission.
  • Organize fun and inclusive activities, including social events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Develop and maintain novel, interesting, and engaging internal communication channels.
  • Event & Facilities Management:
  • Manage event budgets and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises.
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and other services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Technology and Tools:
  • Implement and manage technology solutions that enhance the workplace experience, such as collaboration tools and office management software.
  • Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues or improvements.

Position Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, such as Office Manager, in a startup environment.
  • Ability to foster a fun, creative, positive, and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker who generates and builds on ideas when interacting with team members.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
