What We Do

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement advanced credit decisioning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience working with tabular data.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop innovative credit decisioning models using machine learning algorithms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into our existing systems.
  3. Work on ongoing projects, such as using computer vision to inform loan decisions.
  4. Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems.

Requirements

  1. Master's degree in a STEM field.
  2. 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning on tabular data.
  3. Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms.
  4. Creative and strategic approach to solving complex problems.

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Verifiable track record of designing high-performing machine learning models.
  2. Experience in the financial industry.
  3. Experience with auto-regressive models and reinforcement learning.
  4. Expert-level Python skills.
  5. Experience with data pipelines and model monitoring.
