About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead to join our team in Mérida, Mexico. As a Team Lead, you will be the go-to person for the team, monitoring KPIs, and interacting with the Head of International Markets and other team members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team of Travel Agents, including monitoring KPIs, working on Purpose+, optimizing processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Handling day-to-day operations, which may involve Travel Advisor, After Sales, or Customer Success tasks, depending on your profile.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role (Travel industry).
  • Fluent English language skills at an almost native level.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with Excel and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team worker with a growth mindset.
