Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Operations Manager to oversee and organize various aspects of materials operations, including Tool Crib purchasing, receiving, shipping, warehousing, materials distribution, and production control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a production plan by grouping and sequencing tasks
  • Ensure inventory levels of raw materials and finished products are maintained at optimal levels
  • Take necessary actions to minimize delays and meet production targets
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in alignment with set objectives
  • Manage inventory levels of operating and indirect materials at the Tool Crib to support production activities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO operating procedures and work instructions
  • Expedite materials to meet the production schedule
  • Manage material changes in the Bill of Materials (BOM)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in materials, production control, and warehouse management
  • Proficiency level of 85% in the English language
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly desired
  • Knowledge or experience with ISO-9000 standards
  • Experience in Master Scheduling
  • APICS Certification would be advantageous
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team environment
