We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compositing Artist to join our team at Localization Academy. As a key member of our video localization team, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' content to life by creating high-quality video assets for various markets and platforms.

• Work on the localization of videos according to client briefs
• Collaborate with our video content manager to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain a high level of compositing and motion design skills
• Supervise a team of video designers to ensure consistency and quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video localization

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an After Effects Specialist, Compositing Artist, CGI Artist, or Motion Designer
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
• Medium-level knowledge of 3D programs such as Blender, C4D, or Maya
• Motion design and editing skills
• Tracking, rotoscoping, retouch, match moving, and motion design skills
• Presentation skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to supervise a team
