Sales Director

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our channel growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing commercial strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel growth plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead a team of Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to maximize sales force excellence
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Maintain accurate forecasts and projections to inform business decisions
- Identify opportunities and changes in the market, staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Define, control, and implement special promotions and prices
- Ensure impeccable execution of sales/commercial team initiatives
Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Marketing, preferably in the Optical or Pharmaceutical industry
- People management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Advanced English language skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; Master's degree desirable
