Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our channel growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing commercial strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel growth plans to achieve sales targets
  • Lead a team of Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to maximize sales force excellence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and projections to inform business decisions
  • Identify opportunities and changes in the market, staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Define, control, and implement special promotions and prices
  • Ensure impeccable execution of sales/commercial team initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Marketing, preferably in the Optical or Pharmaceutical industry
  • People management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Advanced English language skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; Master's degree desirable
