Job Summary
Nemak is seeking a highly skilled Noris Specialist to join our team. As a Noris Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of NORIS information and providing timely support to various departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Periodically monitor the reliability of records in the Noris VS database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and Automation teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NORIS information.
- Manage the installation and lifespan of NORIS NMI equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Configure and manage master data in Noris MDE for all configurable modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Generate reports using SSRS, Datacube, Tableau, and Reporting Services to provide insights and analytics to stakeholders.
- Execute the annual evaluation of Noris Scorecard for our plants or as an auditor for other plants, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Monitor the status of support services necessary for the functionality of the platform, including internet, energy, and servers, and alert the corresponding support areas when any are missing.
- Implement system configuration for new deployed NORIS modules applicable to our site and/or business unit, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
- Identify and promote value improvements for the business using data analysis and smart technologies, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IIS, IMA, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Desirable 2 years of experience in SQL DBA / BI, Tableau, or experience as a Manufacturing Execution System Engineer (MES).
