About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Multicategory Activation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, agreeing, coordinating, and following up on actions across Commercial Engine and Consumer Experience to ensure a well-implemented multicategory strategy in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive multicategory strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including channels, programs, digital, marketing, and regional SPOC, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • NPS Improvement: Lead the measurement and improvement of NPS in the market by gathering, analyzing, and sharing data with key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of key action plans to improve NPS and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Data Analysis: Manage and analyze multiple data sources to strengthen NPS analysis and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: College/University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other commercial areas.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer experience journey mapping, commercial background, NPS understanding, data analysis, and project management.
