Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and training documentation for Accounts Payable processes.
- Analyze and act upon results from automated audit software, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Review duplicate payment prevention reports and log positive results.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis and problem identification, developing solution proposals to improve Accounts Payable Best Practices.
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to identify effective Accounts Payable transaction processing solutions.
- Ensure payment requests and disbursements are handled according to established procedures and controls.
- Update monthly Accounts Payable metrics and reporting of results.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of auditing experience, with previous vendor and/or account reconciliation experience.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with complete A/P cycle processes and duplicate payment prevention software.
