Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our client engagements across various industries and problem statements. As a Business Development Lead, you will direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client engagements to drive commercial success
  • Develop strategies and programs to unlock client value
  • Serve as a trusted client business advisor and generate enthusiasm for the Mastercard team and our recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions for clients

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
  • Experience coaching and leading teams across large, strategic consulting engagements
  • Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and lead proposal development
