Oracle is seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As an Education Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to our customers, ensuring they achieve the highest level of success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training to multiple customers in various industries.
- Work collaboratively with customers to assess their training needs, develop custom curriculum, and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.
- Develop and deliver training for Mexico and Colombia localizations of NetSuite and provide training and advising to support customers throughout Latin America and US/Canada.
- Take full ownership of multiple concurrent customer training projects, interacting with customers as needed for logistics, knowledge transfer, and follow-up.
- Deliver live instructor-led training sessions onsite at customer locations and in a virtual, interactive online environment.
- Participate in customer training requirements definition and training scoping conversations.
- Keep up-to-date on current and new product rollouts to ensure functional and technical knowledge, as well as training and presentation skills are continuously upgraded.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in the technology industry.
- 1+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
- Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences.
- Understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP along with standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets), Inventory Management (Purchasing, Fulfillment, Warehouse Management) and/or Software/Services management functions (Revenue Recognition, Project Management, CRM).
- Ability to advise the customer and showcase the importance of their training strategy.
- Drive value with the customer.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift.
- Highly adaptable and open to change so that you can best serve the needs of your customers.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery, and all communication.
Language Requirement:
Full Professional Proficiency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese an asset, but not required.
Travel:
The position will deliver on-site training upon request, up to 40%
