About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Future Talent Program - Technical Track. As a member of this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical documentation for projects focused on plant functionalities.
  • Support and learn internal simulation tests and support Factory Acceptance Tests with customer.
  • Maintain and update Markets reusable solutions.
  • Participate in simulation, startup, and commissioning of systems/modules.
  • Develop technical solutions in projects, provide support in problem solving, participate in technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
  • Learn and get experience in process or automation engineering with a desire to learn more about the opposite discipline.
  • Have commissioning experience and the desire to continue supporting commissioning efforts.
  • Learn more about our systems such as SkyNet and Tetra Plantmaster.
  • Develop your problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate of an Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control or related.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  • English and Spanish conversational skills are required.
  • Previous internships or projects utilizing PLC's Siemens/Rockwell and SCADA programming and networks is strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Interest in equipment and machinery, as well as technical engineering negotiations, all Tetra Pak's portfolio.
  • Passion for excellence.
  • Customer centricity.
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level.
  • Finished or will finish your studies by December 2024 or January 2025.
  • Intermediate or Advanced English level.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
