Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Leader to join our team. - Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects, managing end-to-end development processes, timelines, and resources.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to software design, architecture, and development.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and lead initiatives for continuous learning within the team.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of proven experience as a software engineer or in a similar leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python), strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.
- Web Development: Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django).
- Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Containerization: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mentorship: Proven experience in mentoring junior software developers.
