Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to lead and manage the implementation of new services for our assigned accounts. This role is responsible for tactical retention, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Tactical Retention:
- Lead and manage the implementation of new services in collaboration with operational teams
- Coordinate and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Penetrate organizational structures and develop relationships beyond main points of contact
- Ensure Crane Worldwide offices understand SOPs and execute accordingly
- Strategic Growth:
- Understand accounts' business strategies, objectives, and risks/constraints
- Provide solutions to achieving objectives and mitigating risks/constraints
- Continuously pursue efficiency and cost reduction measures
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to secure them
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain rates and assess yields monthly
- Monitor timely payments and assist with collections on past due invoices
- Set up internal reports to monitor performance in meeting critical milestones
- Communicate issues or exceptions to Operations and ensure client satisfaction
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
