Job Summary:

The Division Manager - Sales Support is an entry-level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citigroup clients and to assist the team in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members.
  2. Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated locations or assigned geographical coverage areas to increase revenue for Citigroup.
  3. Proactively approach Citigroup clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citigroup's products.
  4. Provide advice and product information to Citigroup clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
  5. Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products.
  6. Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
  7. Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
  8. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

  1. Previous relevant experience preferred.
  2. Experience in financial sales, customer service, and management required.
  3. Proficient computer skills.
  4. Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
  5. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  6. Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
