Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nexum in Mexico City. This role involves providing expert technical support and collaboration with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Vendor mediation: Manage contractual relationships and coordinate with external service providers to resolve advanced technical issues.
- Collaboration with Help Desk: Work closely with the help desk team to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience in configuring web servers, particularly Apache.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues and troubleshoot interconnected systems.
- Conversational English: Advanced English skills are required for interacting with international vendors and handling technical documentation.
- Internal Customer Orientation: Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide efficient, responsive support.
