Job Overview

In this role, you will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City, supporting the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition-Shared Services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various tasks related to talent acquisition across the Western Hemisphere.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator with exceptional administrative skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with recruiting processes, including managing applicant data, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, and communication with internal stakeholders.
  3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new initiatives and projects within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a human resources coordination role or related position, preferably with tools like Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English (both spoken and written), and high adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Able to maintain sensitive, complex, confidential information and demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach.
