Recruiter- Escarcega

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter- Escarcega to join our team at Alstom, a global leader in the transportation industry. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire selection process from defining the profile to making job offers.
• Document research methods and ensure the monitoring and maintenance of job postings.
• Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress.
• Develop the population in the defined scope and define individual development plans.
• Ensure induction plans for new employees and participate in Resourcing Forums to increase internal mobility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, public/business administration, or a closely related field.
• Solid experience working with Social Media and HRIS, as well as knowledge of MS Office products.
• Spanish and English language proficiency, written and spoken.

• Stress resistance and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative in fulfilling departmental responsibilities.
