Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes that optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production tools, equipment, and processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.
- Project Engineering
- Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity, including the introduction of new technologies and processes.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities and resources.
- Production Equipment
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements.
- Facilities Maintenance
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and operational condition.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or operations leadership role
- Proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence and process improvements
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and other manufacturing software
