Role: Senior Systems Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of server administration, Cisco, Dell, Windows, and Linux. They will also have experience with storage administration, VMWare administration, engineering, and operations, as well as data center knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage server infrastructure, including Cisco, Dell, Windows, and Linux.
- Configure and manage storage systems, including Pure, Compellent, and Infinidat.
- Design and implement VMWare environments, including engineering and operations.
- Manage data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network connections.
- Administer backup systems, including CommVault and Rubrik.
- Monitor and manage system performance using Logic Monitor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve results and build strong relationships with external partners.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of server administration, Cisco, Dell, Windows, and Linux.
- Experience with storage administration, VMWare administration, engineering, and operations.
- Data center knowledge, including servers, storage, and network connections.
- Ability to work from home and collaborate with team members remotely.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
