About the Role:
As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in supporting employees, managers, and HR professionals across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an employee advocate, providing support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Provide superior customer service, resolving employee inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the Human Resources Operations team and business units with administrative tasks, data validation, auditing, and corrections.
  • Analyze data issues and provide root cause analysis to resolve problems.
  • Ensure the effective use of employee self-service.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate English level required.
  • Basic/intermediate Portuguese language skills.
  • Experience using Workday or similar HR management systems.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
