Job Overview

We seek a dedicated Senior UX Designer and Researcher to join our dynamic Product Development team.

This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and report directly to the VP of Product Platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for users and partners in a fast-paced environment with multiple business priorities.
  • Measure effectiveness of user and partner experience by defining research protocols, metrics, and review cadence.
  • Be an agent of change on a team committed to achieving user-focused, mission-driven excellence.
  • Protect privacy and security while following documented policies and procedures.
  • Scale and shape the UX research function.
  • Conduct end-to-end user research studies, including planning, recruitment, execution, analysis, and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience designing best-in-class user experiences.
  • Balancing product, development, and user-centered goals to help shape overall product strategy.
  • Fluency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD.
  • Experience working on a product from inception to shipment.
  • Analytic, process-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to interacting with other teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Understanding of customer experience principles and experience with journey mapping.
  • Ideal experience in healthcare.

Salary: $45,000.00 per month.
