We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Westin Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary.

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You will also wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and quality standards. Your role will involve preparing and cooking food to presentation standards, operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, and monitoring food quality while preparing meals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A background in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
